Black and white
See the world in black and white. Not only does a monochrome image reveal form and structure that may be lost with a colour image, it is also a wonderful medium for wall art.
It may be without colour, but a black and white image can make a stunning piece of wall art.

Cultivating your photographic eye
The greatest gift any photographer can possess is a "seeing eye." Can you discern the photographic potential within the subjects before you? Remember, it all begins with understanding the nature of light around your subject.
While some believe the ability to "see a photographic opportunity" is born in you, it can certainly be nurtured and developed within each of us. It simply requires a few guiding insight (that's my role) and constant practice (that's your job!).
What will you discover?
As you browse the examples shown in these galleries, ask yourself: "Do I possess the technical knowledge to capture similar shots? If not, what skills might I be missing?" Review the techniques in my books to gain that understanding.
Would you have recognised the photographic opportunities shown in the galleries? If not, make it your goal to cultivate this awareness wherever you go.
